Hello, I'm Nahema Washington, founder of Goldstone Virtual Partners. If you found your way here, you're more than likely an executive or entrepreneur who is currently burning the candlestick at both ends and are ready to reclaim your time!
When I started as an administrator, 17+ years ago, I noticed a trend with the c-suite executives, senior managers, and directors I supported. Many of them struggled with the concept of having a work-life balance. Working up to 100 hours and replying to emails during vacation showed that they were busy but not productive. Their work was still not getting done. Once they hired me, I guided them to the path of delegating a lot of their work to me. Doing so led to increased productivity, flexibility, and asset value to the business.
